We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to help maintain the efficiency of our IT systems and support day-to-day technical operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Global Office IT Support
- Provide senior-level IT support for global offices, ensuring efficient and smooth IT operations across all locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, minimising downtime and disruptions.
- Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance of IT equipment across office environments.
System Administration & User Management
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless access and collaboration tools for all employees.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding procedures, providing efficient setups and deactivation of access.
- Maintain and update an accurate inventory of IT assets across global office locations.
Escalation & Leadership
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT-related issues, ensuring quick resolution for regional teams.
- Develop and implement IT support standards, documentation, and best practices across regions.
Project Management & Infrastructure Support
- Lead and support infrastructure projects, including office expansions, system upgrades, and global IT rollouts.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
System Monitoring & Performance
- Monitor IT systems performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Contribute to ongoing digitalisation efforts, enhancing system capabilities and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or regional role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to support cross-cultural and cross-regional teams.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and capable of managing IT operations across multiple time zones.
- Open to providing 24/7 IT support as required.
