Provide IT support and operations for the Singapore office, ensuring stable performance of networks, devices, and IT systems.
Manage office IT infrastructure to maintain high availability of network, security, conferencing, and printing systems.
Deliver efficient IT support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
Drive local information security and compliance initiatives in alignment with corporate standards and policies.
Support cloud resource operations (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), collaborate with regional IT teams, and participate in cross-regional IT project implementation.
Assist in the operation and management of global SaaS applications, and provide IT support to other international offices when needed.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR); Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system operations; experience in a multinational environment preferred.
Familiar with common office network architectures, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure management, CCNA certification or cloud platform certification is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; able to collaborate effectively with regional IT teams and external vendors.
Strong user service mindset, proactive and responsible, capable of working independently.
Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
