Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support and operations for the Singapore office, ensuring stable performance of networks, devices, and IT systems.
  • Manage office IT infrastructure to maintain high availability of network, security, conferencing, and printing systems.
  • Deliver efficient IT support by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; coordinate with external vendors when necessary.
  • Drive local information security and compliance initiatives in alignment with corporate standards and policies.
  • Support cloud resource operations (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud), collaborate with regional IT teams, and participate in cross-regional IT project implementation.
  • Assist in the operation and management of global SaaS applications, and provide IT support to other international offices when needed.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR); Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system operations; experience in a multinational environment preferred.
  • Familiar with common office network architectures, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure management, CCNA certification or cloud platform certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin; able to collaborate effectively with regional IT teams and external vendors.
  • Strong user service mindset, proactive and responsible, capable of working independently.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
