Provide daily technical support for system security, network (LAN, VPN, WAN) Firewall, Anti-virus, Servers, Network Attach Storage, Level 1 Network / System / Security Management and Backup
Liaise and work closely with vendor on clinic management system migration and data verification with the Doctors and end users.
Liaise and work closely with vendor regarding system integration with Power BI / internal system
Support and work closely with imaging vendors to support clinic's imaging modalities
Level 1 onsite / remote trouble-shooting and support including setup of end user computing device
Participate in dispatch, phone and incident support user-administration and IT hardware asset management
Provide administration and Level 1 support for clinical applications
Monitor and manage IT help-desk tickets, log, track and execute issue to completion
Liaise with vendors for quotations & support escalation matters
Assist in new clinic setup, clinic relocation or clinic closure
Provide IT field support to end users, mainly to clinics system support or 1st level application system support to multiple sites in Singapore (Clinic Management System, Workstation, Mobile Devices, Printer / Label Printer / Scanners, Wireless Access Point, Digital Phone)
Support the organization's IT infrastructure ensuring it operate in an optimum and secure manner
System administration and backup operation for Windows operating system equipment and anti-virus software
Ensure all critical systems are up to date with their latest patches / firmware
Maintain proper and updated configurations and documentations on the network and system landscape
Participate in technology evaluation and provide recommendation
Work closely with users, vendors to test and deliver system enhancements or mini-projects to ensure quality and on-time delivery
Assist in application implementations, roll outs & deployments
Convey and coordinate with business user, vendor and IT resources
Requirements:
Diploma in IT or related field and minimum of two (2) years related experience
Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software
Domain knowledge in Healthcare Industry (Advantage)
Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with strong end-to-end communication and troubleshooting skills. Team player to be able to work in a lean IT environment.
Candidates with minimum of three (3) years of IT administration experience would be considered
