IT Support Specialist
- End user support by managing and addressing IT service requests ranging from inquiries to technical troubleshooting or access-related issues
- Facilitates On boarding and Off boarding Employees
- Administer Company Backend Servers, Infrastructure and Network Equipment
- Administer Company IT Inventory (Hardware / Software / Licenses)
- Manage Company Network Security
- Data Backup and Recovery
- Software Deployment and Update to enhance system
- Plan and execute smooth software deployment and updates to enhance system performance and contribute to overall cybersecurity measures for minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Support in IT Purchases and ensures all IT documentations are up to date
- Support IT Manager on any adhoc IT project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology /Computer Science (including programming, Networking) or equivalent.
- Knowledge in areas like network security, system architecture, and project management will be preferable.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT administration
