We're looking for a confident, proactive IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Singapore office. This hybrid role offers flexibility, but presence is expected on key days for onboarding, leadership visits, and events. You'll be the go-to expert for all things onsite tech-supporting hardware, software, AV setups, and partnering with procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for MacOS environments and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot network issues including VPN and connectivity problems.
- Manage incidents and service requests via Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Support AV setups and live events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for onsite technology, collaborating with legal and compliance teams when needed.
- Adapt quickly to evolving processes and find solutions independently.
Experience required:
- 3-4 years of experience supporting MacOS in a professional environment.
- Solid understanding of network troubleshooting (2-3 years), including VPN triage.
- Experience with incident management and ticketing systems (Jira preferred).
- Ability to work independently, confidently, and resourcefully in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
