Job Description

We're looking for a confident, proactive IT Support Specialist to join our fast-paced Singapore office. This hybrid role offers flexibility, but presence is expected on key days for onboarding, leadership visits, and events. You'll be the go-to expert for all things onsite tech-supporting hardware, software, AV setups, and partnering with procurement to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for MacOS environments and other platforms.
  • Troubleshoot network issues including VPN and connectivity problems.
  • Manage incidents and service requests via Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Support AV setups and live events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for onsite technology, collaborating with legal and compliance teams when needed.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving processes and find solutions independently.

Experience required:

  • 3-4 years of experience supporting MacOS in a professional environment.
  • Solid understanding of network troubleshooting (2-3 years), including VPN triage.
  • Experience with incident management and ticketing systems (Jira preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, confidently, and resourcefully in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
