Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions.
- Oversee the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to users both remotely and on-site when needed.
- Work with internal teams to improve user experience and assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees.
- Manage IT hardware, software inventory, vendor relationships, and handle subscription billing.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level and above
- At least 2 years of experience providing L1 support in a mid-to-large enterprise environment with more than 100 employees.
- Hands-on experience as a Global Admin or in user administration, Intune management, and security management.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues with endpoint devices (Windows, Android, iOS) and resolve network-related problems.
