IT Support Officer (Full-time)

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Investment Analyst to join our investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in investment research, evaluation, and portfolio management across global markets and multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

. Respond to and resolve IT-related inquiries and issues promptly

. Support high-performance inference, data pipelines, and large-scale backend services to support business-critical applications and projects

. Ensure the security and privacy of IT systems, including data protection and access control

. Conduct regular system audits to identify potential areas of improvement or vulnerabilities

. Provide technical assistance and guidance to users on how to operate software systems

. Enforce IT security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.

. Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users.

. Identify and troubleshoot technical problems and implement appropriate solutions

. Maintain detailed records of all support activities and resolutions

. Assist with the deployment and management of IT assets and resources

. Perform ad hoc tasks that management team assign

Requirements

. Bachelor/Relevant degree in Information Technology, AI, Computer Science, or any related field

. At least 1 years of experience in an IT technical support, such as operating systems (Windows/IOS), hardware components, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting software issues, and configuring hardware or setting up IT infrastructure perfectly with knowledge of machine learning/AI research/data science etc.

. Specialising in an area such as network administration, cybersecurity is a plus point

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

. Professional English is required German and Chinese will be considered an advantage.
