IT Support Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Primary Responsibilities: IT Support & Robot Support

IT Support

• Provide daily IT support for computers, software, networks, printers, office equipment, user accounts, and IT assets.

• Support staff onboarding/offboarding, equipment setup, recovery, and basic user training.

Biometric Device & Site Support

• Support biometric devices at client sites such as hotels, malls, hospitals, and other locations.

Application, System & Robot Support

• Support applications and systems, including troubleshooting, request tracking, escalation, patches, fixes, and upgrades.

• Support robot mapping, setup, testing, and client-side demonstrations for cleaning robot projects.

2. Secondary Responsibilities: Cybersecurity, Requirements, Documentation & Training

Cybersecurity & Audit Support

• Assist with basic cybersecurity checks, backup reviews, patching, security logs, and VPN/firewall support.

• Support penetration testing and audit activities, including evidence preparation and remediation follow-up.

Requirements, Testing & Documentation

• Assist with requirements gathering, testing, user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in IT or a related field.

• Basic IT support knowledge, including Windows, networking, printers, mobile devices, and common troubleshooting.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to travel islandwide for client-site support, setup, troubleshooting, and deployment when required.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to support communication with China counterparts and diverse users.
