IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (onsite and remote)
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, devices, and applications
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic network connectivity (LAN/WAN)
• Ensure IT security, including antivirus management, data backup, and recovery
• Maintain IT assets, documentation, and system records
• Liaise with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and procurement
• Support business applications (e.g. Zoho, Microsoft 365) and workflow automation
• Assist in process improvements, system enhancements, and user training

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
