Your Responsibilities: -

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications, including SAP S/4HANA, Freshworks/Freshdesk, Servigistics, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, user support, system monitoring, and escalation to vendors or higher-level support when required.
Support user account administration, access controls, permissions management, and application-related requests.
Support business reporting and data analysis using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SQL, including data extraction, report generation, dashboard maintenance, and data validation.
Gather and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications and testing scenarios, and coordinate UAT, user training, and system enhancements.
Coordinate IT projects and application implementations with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, knowledge bases, and support records, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in system performance and operational efficiency.

You will need: -

Degree in Computer Science/ IT or related discipline.
Min 3 to 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in enterprise IT application support
Hands-on experience with Servigistics (Spare Parts Management and inventory planning), Freshdesk or similar ITSM/ticketing tools and SharePoint
