Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This position also responsible to support for our IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management
Job Description:
- Provide technical support to end-users in local and overseas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Perform system upgrades and patch installations.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software.
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
- Maintain the IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of support tickets in ASIAN region.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop and Servers OS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Share Point Power Automate and PowerBi and Active Directory.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel within ASEAN region.
