JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide daily IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and system maintenance
Perform routine security checks, antivirus updates, and basic IT diagnostics
Act as Data Protection Officer (PDPA compliance) and maintain IT documentation
Support procurement and inventory management of IT equipment
Manage and troubleshoot POS, inventory, and e‑commerce systems
Coordinate with external vendors for system issues, upgrades, and enhancements
Handle e‑commerce operations, including product listings and order processing
Respond to customer and supplier enquiries across email, phone, and social platforms
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with internal teams (e.g. kitchen/packing)
Support marketing activities such as promotions, content updates, and campaign execution
Prepare promotional materials (POP displays, menus, price tags)
Assist with basic market research and digital marketing initiatives
Prepare sales and performance reports
Conduct outlet visits and provide operational support when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of IT Support experience.
ITE or Diploma qualification is acceptable.
Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory systems, and e‑commerce platforms.
Experience with Microsoft LS, Business Central, and SharePoint is highly preferred.
Experience supporting system migration or coordinating with system vendors is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Comfortable communicating with outlet managers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Willing to travel to outlets when required.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
