This role is suitable for a Junior IT professional with an interest in IT support, systems maintenance, and digital operations. In addition to supporting IT functions, you will also assist the Marketing team with administrative and operational activities as required, while working closely with internal teams to support smooth business operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support services, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, cybersecurity checks, and support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Support the organization's data protection practices in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of POS, e-commerce, and inventory management systems.
- Maintain and update e-commerce platforms, product listings, website content, and social media channels.
- Respond professionally to customer and supplier enquiries across various communication channels.
- Coordinate operational activities such as delivery arrangements, order processing, and outlet support when required.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities to support business objectives.
- Conduct market research and support reporting functions, including sales analysis and outlet visit reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and outlet personnel to support daily business operations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job Requirements
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT Support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft LS Central and/or Business Central will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to travel to outlets and operational sites when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with digital communication platforms.
- Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
