Job Description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in identifying repetitive support activities (e.g. device setup steps, access provisioning, system checks) and develop simple scripts or automation workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and turnaround time
  • Help automate basic system, asset, or ticket reports (e.g. device inventory status, recurring issues) for reporting and monitoring purpose to provide better visibility and data-driven insights for the IT team
  • Collaborate with IT staff and users on the email domain migration project
  • Assist in the migration and validation of files and folders into newly defined Data Confidentiality structures
  • Support the setup of laptops for new hires
  • Troubleshoot issues related to printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Office 365 applications
  • Help track and manage IT assets (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation (User Guides, SOPs, FAQs, asset lists)
  • Develop a User Self-Help Service Portal for common IT problems
  • Conduct research on new techniques, tools, and algorithms to enhance team capabilities and drive innovation
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT department
