MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in identifying repetitive support activities (e.g. device setup steps, access provisioning, system checks) and develop simple scripts or automation workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and turnaround time
- Help automate basic system, asset, or ticket reports (e.g. device inventory status, recurring issues) for reporting and monitoring purpose to provide better visibility and data-driven insights for the IT team
- Collaborate with IT staff and users on the email domain migration project
- Assist in the migration and validation of files and folders into newly defined Data Confidentiality structures
- Support the setup of laptops for new hires
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Office 365 applications
- Help track and manage IT assets (laptops, peripherals, licenses)
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation (User Guides, SOPs, FAQs, asset lists)
- Develop a User Self-Help Service Portal for common IT problems
- Conduct research on new techniques, tools, and algorithms to enhance team capabilities and drive innovation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the IT department
