Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Executive to manage and support the company's IT systems, provide technical assistance to users, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and application problems in a timely manner
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system security
  • Support internal systems, cloud platforms, and business applications
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support services
  • Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides
  • Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and implementation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of:
  • Windows OS, Microsoft 365
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls)
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
