Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of business systems such as UFIDA ERP, email systems, VPN, etc., ensuring quick resolution of system issues;
- Handle installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of employee computers, printers, video conferencing systems, office software, operating systems, networks, and other hardware/software equipment;
- Manage computer hardware equipment such as office computers, meeting room devices, and display screens;
- Participate in project planning, execution, and acceptance for software/hardware procurement and system implementation; coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure on-time project delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related fields preferred;
- Experience: Over 3 years of work experience; candidates with experience in ERP systems, desktop support, and integrated network operations and maintenance are preferred;
- Skills:
- Proficient in Windows system administration, Microsoft Office, and mainstream video conferencing systems;
- Familiar with network protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, etc.) and device configuration;
- Understanding of major cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud/Huawei Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of certifications such as PMP, ITIL;
- Good English listening and speaking skills, able to communicate with foreign teams or collaborate on international projects.

- Strong sense of responsibility, with fast learning ability and capability to work under pressure;
- Clear communication and strong team collaboration skills.
