IT Support Engineer (Tuas area |Minimum 1yr experience)

• OFFICE HOURS/5-DAY WORK WEEK (MON-FRI)
• Contract - 1 YEAR (RENEWABLE)
• Location: TUAS area
• BASED IN SINGAPORE, MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS CONTINUOUS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• LOCAL/PR
• $2800 - 3000 + $50 Allowance

Job Responsibility

1. End User Service Management

• Follow Request/Incident/Problem Management process
• Update and resolve tickets that have been assigned and completed
• Assess and apply resolution as per the Knowledgebase
• Meet required stipulated SLAs

2. Mobile Device Management

• To deploy mobile devices (phone/tablet) to users
• Apply Corporate Mobile Device Management software
• Troubleshooting of mobile devices issues

3. Print Management

• Maintenance on the Printer/Copier/Label printer
• Contact the respective Service Provider for servicing (toner and waste cartridge)
• Toner Inventory management

4. Asset Management

• To contact Authorized Service Provider for hardware repair
• To test and prepare new machines with the client company's latest OS image
• Asset tagging of machine and updating of the asset database
• Disk wiping and disposal of hardware

5. Other Support Assignments

• Ad-hoc Projects
• Meeting Room Management
• Company designated on site/premise support as required.

Other Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience working for IT Support organization
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audience, both verbally and written
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Applications
• Basic understanding of Network Protocols
• A good understanding of Web conferencing and mobility technologies
• Experience working in GMP validated environments would be advantageous
