About the Role

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to ensure the stability and efficiency of end-user computing environments across the organization.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing high-quality technical assistance, maintaining IT infrastructure, and managing IT assets to support daily business operations.

This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts employee productivity and overall workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Support office tools and collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack/Feishu, VPN)
  • Maintain IT hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing systems)
  • Assist with network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) and user account management (Active Directory, email, access control)
  • Manage IT asset lifecycle (inventory, allocation, tracking, disposal)
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, including IT setup and user training
  • Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and FAQs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of desktop / IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Active Directory; familiarity with macOS
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Good problem-solving skills with a strong service mindset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
