IT Executive

Job Description

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations including monitoring, maintenance, backups, and network support.

• Deploy and support Microsoft cloud services (Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online).

• Administer Fortinet firewall and VPN systems, including secure network access.

• Support user accounts, access control, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Provide first-level IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and applications, including on-site support when required.

• Assist with IT asset management, audits, licensing, and administrative IT tasks.

• Support setup of new sites, including IT network planning and implementation.

• Help resolve post-implementation IT issues and service tickets.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and/or service desk support (on-premise or cloud).

• ITIL or Cybersecurity certifications are an added advantage.
