JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary
Reporting to the IT & Infrastructure Manager, you will serve as the primary on-site IT contact and be accountable for the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology infrastructure including hardware, software, and corporate systems. You will coordinate and manage third-party vendors, diagnose technical issues, and provide highquality support to end users with exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Infrastructure
. Manage LAN, Servers, VMs, switches, APs, WiFi, ISP connectivity, remote site connectivity, and related infrastructure
. Oversee hardware and software asset management, including licensing compliance
. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the server room and IT equipment
. Manage and support multifunction printers, copiers, mobile printers, scanners, and security/access control devices
. Ensure servers, VMs, switches are properly backed up
. Monitor system performance and proactively improve stability, security, and efficiency
. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity
Security & Compliance
. Ensure compliance with corporate IT security policies, including patching, access control, and vulnerability remediation
. Support audit requirements and maintain adherence to corporate standards and security frameworks
Cloud & Identity Management
. Manage Microsoft Intune MDM and Entra ID, MFA, identity lifecycle, and conditional access policies
End-User Support
. Act as the primary onsite IT contact and corporate IT representative for end users in the Asia Pacific region
. Install, configure, and set up new IT equipment
. Handle the full IT onboarding process for new employees
. Monitor, prioritize, and escalate IT requests and incidents using the IT ticketing system
. Work closely with head office first- and secondlevel helpdesks for incident and request management
. Escalate urgent IT issues to head office or relevant vendors, particularly for SLA-related concerns
. Gather low to mediumcomplexity IT requirements from local business units and coordinate with corporate IT to prioritize tasks
. Maintain uptodate knowledge of hardware, software, and network-related contracts, and supervise vendor-driven installations
. Diagnose and resolve issues related to IT infrastructure, office software, and local/corporate systems, with strong focus on networking
. Provide support and guidance for corporate, thirdparty, and local applications
. Ensure proper documentation for application setup and troubleshooting
. Demonstrate proficiency in using Copilot for IT problemsolving and productivity
Project
. Manage and supervise small to medium projects
. Coordinate with vendors and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
. Ensure comprehensive documentation for all project phases
Procurement
. Coordinate with the indirect procurement officer for IT purchasing needs
. Perform PR, PO, MIGO, and other relevant SAP transactions
. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
. Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities
