Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains, manages, troubleshoots and upgrades computer systems
- Provides end-user support for a variety of web applications
- Troubleshoots information technology-related issues for both hardware and software
- Coordinates the set-up of data services, as well as phones, computers, and printer installation
- Coordinates the planning, implementation and maintenance of all information technology products with internal and external stakeholders
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Min 1 year End user support experience in Technical Service Desk.
- Knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory Account Administration, MS Outlook, mobile devices support.
