IT Support Engineer

Job Requirements:

. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

. Must have minimum 2-4years of experience in Onsite/Desktop Support, Networking and IT hard ware support

. Must have experience in Data Center environments - racks, structured cabling and server components

. Must have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and End Point management tools

. Knowledge of ticketing tools - Service Now.

. Good to have experience as remote hands support in data center

. Good to have experience supporting office relocation/infrastructure refresh projects

. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
