Working location: Beach Road

Working hour: 9am to 6pm

Job Description

Assists in department daily routine.
Handle data entry and clerical duties.
Verify invoices and other accounting documents or records to ensure all are accurately posted into the accounting system.
Work closely with internal departments on billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters.
Perform good customer service.
Perform stock control and follow up on office maintenance.
Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Ad hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma in IT/Computer related discipline
