Key Responsibilities
Log, track, and prioritize user incidents and service requests, providing first- and second-level support for hardware, software, network, printers, and user accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis for recurring or complex incidents.
Administer Microsoft 365, manage user accounts and access permissions, and support networks, servers, backups, and system configurations.
Manage desktop devices, workstation troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring, including patches, updates, and configuration changes.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and system access.
Maintain IT asset lifecycle and inventory, including hardware, software licenses, procurement support, and license compliance.
Coordinate with external vendors and document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Monitor Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel, investigate security alerts, and prepare security and operational reports for management.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Relevant certifications such as AZ-900, CompTIA, or equivalent are advantageous.
5-8 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD).
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Knowledge of networking, system monitoring, patch management, and backup processes.
Exposure to cybersecurity tools such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel is preferred.
Experience in IT asset management, vendor coordination, and IT governance support.
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple support requests.
