We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to manage and support our core IT infrastructure while delivering reliable, responsive end-user support. This role is ideal for a technically versatile professional who enjoys working across systems, networks, and user-facing technologies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support for user technical issues or IT incidents.
- Manage user support issues and change requests pertaining to ERP system.
- Manage and troubleshooting for desktops/laptops, virtualization, network switches, voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP).
- Perform and manage infrastructure patching and update.
- Manage day-to-day operations and provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Administration experience with next-generation endpoint security solutions.
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT devices.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Liaising with vendors for IT procurement.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process.
- Manage website maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for IT projects implementation and execution when assigned.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimally 2-3 years of working experience in IT support and system administration highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management.
- Hands-on and can-do attitude. Willing to learn and think out-of-the-box.
- Good communication skills, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work independently.
