Our client is a global provider of integrated shipping and offshore services and employs over 2,500 people across the globe. The Singapore office plays an important role within the APAC region supporting both regional operations and collaboration with global teams.
They are looking for an End User Support Analyst to join the Global IT Support team in Singapore. This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees requiring day-to-day IT support ensuring systems, devices, and applications run smoothly across the office.
About The Role
You will be working closely with colleagues across APAC and other regions to help troubleshoot issues, maintain IT services, and contribute to the overall quality of technical support provided to end-users.

This is an office-based role in Singapore with participation in a rotational on-call support schedule shared across the global team.
The Ideal Candidate
You should have at least 2-5 years in an IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Support role and are comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. You are proficient in Active Directory administration including user maintenance and configuring groups.
