Capiteq is a leading technology firm with headquarters in Singapore and Hong Kong, specializing in high-performance infrastructure and cloud solutions for companies in the financial trading sector. We design and maintain mission-critical systems that keep financial markets running, and we're growing our Singapore team.

We're seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst who thrives on delivering hands-on technical support directly to clients—both onsite at client locations and remotely. If you're passionate about solving real-world IT challenges in fast-paced environments and have deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing

Client-Facing Support (Onsite & Remote)

  • Deliver responsive IT support directly to clients at their sites and via remote channels
  • Act as the trusted technical partner for end users, troubleshooting issues through to resolution
  • Manage escalated technical incidents across the full Microsoft technology stack

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra tenants with a focus on security and user productivity
  • Manage Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, retention policies, and archiving
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance controls and governance policies
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access Policies, and endpoint security
  • Oversee SharePoint and OneDrive sharing permissions, access controls, and governance frameworks
  • Administer Microsoft Teams collaboration policies, meeting configurations, and external access
  • Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, subscriptions, and service plan optimization
  • Monitor and improve Secure Score and vulnerability management posture
  • Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and information governance strategies

Azure Infrastructure & Platform Services

  • Provision, configure, and manage Azure IaaS and PaaS resources (VMs, storage, networking, platform services)
  • Administer Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and cost management strategies
  • Support Azure Windows Server environments including Active Directory deployment, backup/restore, and disaster recovery
  • Monitor availability, performance, and capacity across Azure workloads
  • Maintain system health through proactive patching, backups, and configuration reviews

Monitoring & Automation

  • Track service health, usage patterns, and performance metrics across Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Respond to service incidents with urgency and technical precision
  • Leverage Power Automate, Power BI, and Co-pilot to enhance productivity and automation

What Sets You Apart

You're a self-starter who thrives in client-facing environments, comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You have a proven track record of delivering white-glove IT support to VIP users in demanding environments (trading floors, executive suites, or similar high-stakes settings) where responsiveness and professionalism are non-negotiable.

Communication is just as critical as technical skill in this role. You understand that success comes equally from your technical expertise and your ability to build trust with clients through clear, confident communication and exceptional customer service. You're the kind of professional who can translate complex technical issues into business language while maintaining composure under pressure.

You're naturally curious about technology and don't wait to be told what to learn, when new cloud technologies or Microsoft solutions emerge, you dive in, teach yourself, and bring that knowledge to your work. You're comfortable grabbing unfamiliar technologies and getting yourself up to speed quickly to meet client needs.
