Human Resource Operations Intern (f/m/x)
Full time from 1 July 2026 - 31 December 2026
What awaits you
- Be part of the Local HR team to support HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities.
- Support and promote HR communications through internal channels such as newsletters, email communications, intranet, and SharePoint pages.
- Assist in the review and updating of HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Support the coordination of HR projects and local employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
What You Should Bring Along
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
