IT Support Engineer

Job Description

• Install and configure system, software, peripherals, simple network.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Provide technical support across Singapore (onsite and/or remote).
• Provide maintenance support to clients across Singapore.
• Monitor and manage clients computer system and network.
• Provide up-to-date documentation of clients IT Infrastructure.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.
• NITEC/Dilpoma in IT, Computers or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 year experience in related field.
• Willing to learn and accept technical challenges.
• Technical support and hands-on training provided.
