Job Description

  • Provide printer equipment demonstration, installation and technical support to customers and sales team
  • Provide phone and on-site support, maintenance and servicing, trouble-shoot and repair of printer equipment and its supplied software
  • Conduct regularly onsite equipment maintenance and servicing for members
  • Develop training materials and conduct printer and software training to both external and internal customers
  • Provide printing service support to customers and sales team
  • Provide administrative support to ensure proper filing of service records
