IT Infrastructure Engineer (QA System) Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for DevSecOps and iALM (Integrated Application Lifecycle Management) systems.
• Monitor and maintain iALM applications (both production and test environments).
• Troubleshoot and solve user issues as per defined SLAs.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles.
• Build DevSecOps workflows based on existing ALM processes.
• Work with IT support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Ensure iALM system connects well with other IT systems.
• Train users on updated workflows, features, and best practices.
• Help users publish documents, create templates, and migrate to recommended tools.
• Review, update, and maintain user guides and system documentation.
• Recommend process improvements for better system performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining DevSecOps or ALM systems (Microfocus/OpenText preferred).
• Skilled in scripting tools (PowerShell, Shell, etc.) and DevSecOps platforms (GitLab, Jira, Confluence).
• Good understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in user training/documentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
