Overview

Job Description -

. Provide face-to-face technical support and assistance to end users.

. Handle user account setup, network access, and desktop imaging in a Windows environment.

. Install and configure printers, software, and other peripherals as required.

. Perform desktop/laptop troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.

. Ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
