about the job:
In this role, you will be a key member of the regional IT infrastructure team, providing essential technical support to a diverse internal user base across multiple international locations. You will act as a bridge between technology and business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day connectivity.
- Deliver comprehensive Level 1 and 2 technical support via multiple channels, including ticketing systems, remote tools, and instant messaging.
- Manage and maintain critical office infrastructure, including VPN, Exchange, SharePoint, and mobile device management.
- Support large-scale regional projects, such as new office setups, global user experience enhancements, and IT integration for mergers and acquisitions.
- Oversee IT asset management, ensuring all hardware and inventory records are accurate and compliant with global standards.
- Maintain and update operational documentation and procedures to ensure high service standards (KPIs) are met.
- Provide high-touch support for VIP stakeholders and executive leadership.
skills and experience required:
- Deskside or technical support experience within a large-scale corporate or enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of both Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices in service delivery.
