IT Support & AI Enablement Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for an IT Support & AI Adoption Specialist to join a regional technology team based in Singapore.

This is not a traditional desktop support position. While end-user support remains an important part of the role, a key objective will be helping the IT support function evolve through the practical use of AI and automation.

You'll work closely with support teams to identify manual or repetitive processes, improve workflows, and drive adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot. The goal is to help the team operate more efficiently, reduce administrative effort, and create capacity for more value-added work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across workplace technology and productivity platforms
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery through AI and automation
• Drive adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and promote best practices within the IT support function
• Develop documentation, knowledge resources, and training materials to improve user experience and self-service capabilities
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support change initiatives
• Contribute to digital workplace and technology transformation projects

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT Support, End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, Workplace Technology, Service Delivery, or a related function
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies including Windows, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Demonstrated examples of using AI, automation, or digital tools to improve workflows, eliminate manual tasks, or increase productivity
• Experience supporting technology adoption, training, change initiatives, or process improvement projects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable challenging existing ways of working
