Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for corporate office and boutique users, ensuring smooth daily operations across retail and business environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues for end-user devices such as laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform user and access administration, including email, Office 365 accounts, and system permissions, in line with IT policies.
- Support device lifecycle activities such as setup, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning for staff movements and store openings.
- Assist with routine IT operations including system updates, patching, basic maintenance, and health monitoring under guidance from senior IT members.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, manage software installations and licences, and coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and warranties.
- Support basic network and infrastructure matters (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), and assist during boutique renovations, relocations, or IT upgrades.
- Log, track, and document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system, support security and compliance requirements, and provide operational support for IT projects and go-live activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Experience supporting end users in office and/or retail environments, with working knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with IT service desk tools, asset management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic IT security practices POS system exposure is an advantage.
- Customer-focused, organised, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the flexibility to support a fast-paced retail environment, including occasional after-hours support when required.
