To help customers maximize the value of their IT investments, we need a hands-on consultant who can implement, demonstrate, and support our solutions across virtualization, cloud, and application performance environments. You'll be instrumental in showing how our products solve real-world business challenges and drive measurable results.

We're looking for a Customer-Facing IT Solutions Consultant to work directly with clients, delivering presentations, proofs-of-concept, implementations, and troubleshooting. This role blends technical expertise, consulting skills, and customer engagement to demonstrate the impact of our solutions.

What we would like
We're after someone who combines technical depth with strong customer engagement skills. In this role, you'll:

• Position and present our Microsoft 365, virtualization, cloud, and application monitoring solutions to prospective customers.
• Install, configure, and demonstrate products through proof-of-concepts, highlighting business value.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and workshops for customers and partners.
• Support post-sales activities including implementations, troubleshooting, customizations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with sales, channel teams, and international colleagues to ensure customer success.

Your keys to success
You'll thrive in this role if you're a hands-on, customer-focused consultant with strong technical and presentation skills. You'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in a presales solutions consulting or related customer facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware, Microsoft 365, cloud, and container technologies.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to solve customer problems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills for customer-facing engagements.
• Professional certifications (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) and experience with enterprise deployments are a plus.
