Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across system integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, including incident resolution, system monitoring, performance tuning, and service continuity.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution designs, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications, integrations, and enhancements.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize integration workflows, middleware components, API endpoints, and data pipelines to ensure high availability and data integrity.
- Maintain and enhance workflow automation solutions, supporting approvals, notifications, and task orchestration across enterprise systems.
- Support and administer Knowledge Management platforms, ensuring system stability, managing user access, and coordinating integrations with other applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams on incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including platform configurations, SOPs, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in the planning and execution of platform upgrades, migrations, and new solution deployments.
- Support change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, release planning, and production rollouts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information Systems, or a related discipline, with 5-9 years of experience in application or platform development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Boomi integration platform is mandatory.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Nintex, Power Automate) and knowledge management platforms (e.g. SharePoint) is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, data transformation formats (JSON, XML), and event-driven integration patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, as well as DevOps concepts and practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage users, manage expectations, and drive issue resolution.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver outcomes within tight timelines.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
