Role Overview
You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across the APAC region, spanning project initiation, implementation, and transition to operations.

In this role, you will provide techno-functional delivery leadership, partnering closely with Solution Architects to ensure solutions align with business requirements and approved architectural standards. You will hold full accountability for execution excellence, including governance compliance, timeline adherence, budget management, risk oversight, and delivery outcomes.

As the single point of accountability, you will ensure governed, predictable, and value-driven delivery that meets strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project & Solution Delivery
. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
. Design and implement innovative, scalable, and cost-effective application solutions aligned with business requirements.
. Ensure adherence to established governance frameworks, processes, standards, and change control procedures.
. Evaluate, source, and integrate emerging and leading technologies to drive measurable business value.

Technical Leadership & Platform Management
. Provide strong technical leadership in solution design, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
. Oversee secondary support for digital platforms, including regular BI operations, enhancements, and solution deployments.
. Apply functional expertise across BI, RPA, PowerApps, and e-commerce solution frameworks to deliver optimized outcomes.

Stakeholder & Resource Management
. Manage third-party vendors and offshore teams to ensure effective application development and support services.
. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
. Support IT commercial governance activities, including PR/PO management, budget tracking, and consolidated reporting.

What We're Looking For
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
. At least 10 years of proven experience in solution delivery or technology management, with a strong track record in executing digital initiatives.
. Solid technical and functional expertise in BI, RPA, PowerApps, and e-commerce solution frameworks.
. Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and offshore teams.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and build consensus.
. Self-driven, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset.
. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
. High level of accountability, reliability, and commitment to achieving team and organizational goals.
