IT Service Management Representative

Responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services.

Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks to services.

You will provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available.

You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.

Ideal candidates must bring the below requirements:

Candidate will need to have high-level working experience in multi-tier applications, data-streaming technologies, Java and Pega and ElasticSearch.
Years of experience require: 2-4 years.
Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation is required.
Advanced proficiency in Incident Management is recommended.
Additionally, advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure service continuity.
