Responsibilities:
- Execute deployment activities for cybersecurity and network security products
- Support post-sales implementation for local and regional customer projects
- Deliver onsite implementation services and prepare deployment and handover documentation
- Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues, providing timely technical resolution
- Be available for 247 maintenance and support when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT, network support, or administration.
- Hands-on experience with networking, including routing and switching.
- Possess CCNA or CCSA certification.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work extended hours or standby shifts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and network monitoring tools, such as CyberArk (PAM), CheckPoint, Vectra, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics, is a plus.
