IT Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day team management and coaching duties alongside the Sales Director
- Make outbound cold calls and proactive sales calls to existing and new leads
- Act as the main contact between sales channels, clients, and internal departments
- Solve challenges independently and creatively to meet sales and customer objectives
- Gather and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growth
- Travel locally and internationally to meet with key clients and partners
- Negotiate contract terms and liaise with stakeholders across all levels
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams
- Implement efficient processes and policies to support team success and sales operations
- Expand the sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goals
- Take on additional responsibilities that drive sales and effective team management
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, including outbound calling and lead generation
- Experience in team leadership or management is a must
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly proactive, analytical, and results-driven
- Ability to travel (local and international) as needed
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and market research
