Job Description
. Responsible for digital solution sales in the local financial industry (bank/insurance).
. Accountable for account planning and sales strategies.
. Hunt for new accounts and expand the client base in the financial industry.
. Collaborate with pre-sales and professional services teams to develop total solutions meeting customer needs.
. Manage bid management and proposal generation for sales opportunities.
. Develop required client relationships to build trust and gain deeper insights into client situations, needs, and internal situations, with the intent of developing mutually beneficial, long-term client relationships.
. Lead business development activities, respond to opportunities, prepare materials for client presentations and pitches, and participate in marketing activities.
. Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
. Understand client businesses and offer sound solutions/products that translate into profitable business development opportunities.
Job Requirements
. Minimum degree in Information Technology/Info-Communication/Finance or equivalent.
. Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in solution sales within the financial industry.
. Prior working experience with a global Solution Provider or in an end-user environment is advantageous.
. Sales experience in the Singapore/SEA market is preferred.
. Solid credentials in selling, bidding, and winning complex projects.
. Good customer contacts.
. Sound understanding of digital technology and solutions, passionate about the latest technology trends (such as FinTech/InsureTech).
. Experience in corporate presentation to C-suite clients or management level is an added advantage.
