Job Description

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients and channel partners through calls, meetings, networking, and industry events
  • Conduct market research,
  • competitive analysis, and client profiling to uncover new business opportunities
  • Drive new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, and proactive outreach activities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Translate client needs into actionable sales strategies and engagement plans
  • Prepare client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal materials
  • Coordinate price quotations, sales contracts, and order processing activities
  • Support channel sales promotions and co-marketing initiatives for lead generation
  • Respond to technical and procedural queries related to product and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate client databases, documentation, and payment follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Operations, Marketing) and vendors for issue resolution
  • Provide guidance and training to channel partners on product features and performance objectives
  • Travel to client sites as required for meetings and business development

Requirements

  • 5 years+ selling ICT solutions into the healthcare arena
  • Strong account management mindset
  • Proven experience dealing with private and public sector companies
