We are looking for a sales-driven recruiter to assist with our IT contract staffing business needs to join our team! This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who thrives on business development and client acquisition. The primary focus is on Business Development and Account Management, leveraging your existing network to bring in new contract vacancies in the South East Asia region. The remaining focuses on managing post-placement success and delivery assurance, where you will proactively support clients projects, identify additional needs to secure delivery against project timelines, and ensure candidates placed continue to delivery high-quality services.
We are looking for a hunter mindset with the technical discipline to execute.
