Responsibilities:
. Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes
. Assist with proactive grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities
. Build & maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after-sales service
. Prepare quotation for submission to clients and follow up on the status
. Updating documents and maintain sales records
. Learn and apply sales techniques. Observing and carrying out sales processes
. Liaise with technical team to address customer enquiries
. Any other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
. At least 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sales/client relations or business development in IT solutions industry
. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business
. Knowledge in IT is an advantage
. Experience with Microsoft Office applications
. Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
. Excellent communication, good interpersonal skill and effective time management
