IT Sales Coordinator (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate sales team activities, including procurement and document filing.
• Track monthly sales forecasts and sales activities.
• Oversee product sales management (M365, Veeam licenses, HULFT, etc.).
• Handle contract management between vendors and customers.
• Prepare and issue invoices related to the Infra department.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain Infrastructure and Systems performance/availability.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• Over 3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
• Basic understanding of IT tools (PC, email, internal systems).
• Familiarity with the IT industry and basic IT infrastructure knowledge (Network, Server, Cloud).
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with both local and offshore teams.
• Self-motivated, creative, and a positive team player.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and initiative.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
