- Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the sales team, including procurement processes and documentation management.
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales forecasts and track ongoing sales performance.
- Manage product sales operations, including solutions such as M365, Veeam licenses, and HULFT.
- Administer and maintain contracts between vendors and customers.
- Generate and process invoices related to the Infrastructure department.
- Work closely with team members to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Supervise and ensure the performance and availability of infrastructure and systems.
Key Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Basic proficiency in IT tools, including PCs, email platforms, and internal systems.
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with foundational understanding of infrastructure (network, servers, and cloud).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with both local and offshore teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and a positive contributor to team dynamics.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, urgency, and initiative in tasks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
