Responsibilities:
. Hunt and win new logo/account
. Generate product and service revenue & Profits for the company through means of account coverage in the healthcare sector
. Work on solutions-based selling, identification of customer pain points and aligning appropriate solutions to meet the customer's business needs
. Business Development and creating sales opportunities while engaging customers
. Perform bid analysis based on solutions offered with competitor landscape to generate competitive bid for submission
. Customer engagement and visitation to explain solutions offered
. Identify key stakeholders within accounts to continue the growth, extending reach to different business units within the accounts
. Sales experience in the IT industry is an added advantage
Requirements:
. Preferably 5 years and above experience in IT
. Experience in tender submission process (bid review, tabulation and submission)
. Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving skills
. Team Player and Confident, Direct with Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
. Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
